t-45 1st gear tranny noise
Has anyone else expierenced a moaning noise at low RPMs in 1st gear? It is most noticable around 2k RPM and as soon as you give it some gas it goes away until you let off the gas again. The car only has 23k miles.

sounds like you got a chamgered muffler, the moan you are talking about is pretty normal with those type of mufflers, and it is a droning noise. Mine does the same thing about 2.1k or so

do you have a short shifter? that could also be the noise since aftermarket shifters remove the rubber insolator that hide the tranny noise. if thats it then its normal nothing to worry about. mine does the same thing.
