Would this help more if u are running nitrous..???? or about the same

Its gonna help more... It really depends on the nitrous setup though. Are you going with a wet or dry kit?? plate system??

Yes.. the 75mm throttle body and plenum will allow for my airflow into the intake with easier bends.. This will to help atomatize the nitrous before it gets into the runners..

i remember about hearing about another part, like the spacer for the t/b or plenum, is that a needed part?

the spacer between the plenum and intake manifold isnt needed.. Its just an accessory they make.

Ive heard that they do but Im really not sure about the spacers... I cant put one on my car because I have a NX plate thats already a spacer...

For NA, the spacer is worthless. I can't speak for a nitrous ap, however.
