Personally, not as of yet.. Cams have been covered a lot on here.
Best advice I can give you is to search the 4.6 Archives (use the "Search," function, NOT by thumbing through hundreds of threads) for cams, and I guarantee you'll find everything you SHOULD need. Actual cam specifics like Lift, Duration, etc. you may need to contact the manufacturer, but I bet most of it's covered here..
