Mass Air Flow Meter?

I have a JLT cold air, and gettin my magnapacks tues. so i was lookin through this months mustang and fast fords magazines and i noticed that coolblue performance, has MAF. so i was wondering if any one changed their MAF, and should i get the 85 or 95mm MAF? and what exactly does it do to get more power?

You will gain absolutely NO hp. Do not change the MAF unless you go FI.
