2v to 4v swap will it clear the stock hood

i want to swap my 2v for a brand new 4v no blower will it clear my hood. my cars a 96 with custom flames so a new hoods out of the question

The intake will rub on the hood in 2 spots. My hood didn't have the hood insulation in it and it rubs. So if you still have that in it will rub really bad and probably bow the hood. I had to cut holes in mine to stop it from rubbing.

you could put a nice cowl hood on it so It doesnt rub.
