Well I've only had it 1 year, and I put 17k on it.... but it runs great, and I haven't had any real problems at all that I can speak of. I've driven it pretty hard in the one year that I've had it. The reason it has so many miles on it is I've driven from southern NM to Northern CA a couple times, and my day job is 60 miles away from my house, so I drive quite a bit.

combination of valve seals and oil-control piston rings. I'm saving for a short or long block and building me a fresh motor eventually.

Try some high milage oil... usually slows it down a bit
