anyone with plastic intake still
my intake cracked the other day so i called the dealership up they told me to bring it in on monday and theyl replace it 
they told me the recall is still good on cars 99+ so if you still have the plastic one id get it fixed asap because its a pita to have it break when ur not epxecting it too

The dealership near here seems to think your car needs to be under warranty to have a recall done for free 
and TSB's require payment, warranty or not, they just are there to "give a heads-up" as to what may be wrong and that they're supposed to be for the dealerships only, he was amazed I could find information on them.
