Default Header Studs

Ive got my L/T's waiting to go in on monday. Do you need these to remove them? (the old Studs) Or can you just reuse the old stuff to bolt up the new headers?

I just put longtubes on. I left the stock studs on and just reused the old bolts. I'm not sure if this is the best route, but hey it worked for me.

Mine are black. The reason I ask if you can reuse the old studs is becuase, ive heard of people removing the old stud and the threads in the head itself coming along with it. Prompting a heli coil.
