You kinda sound like a Ricer wanting to buy cams because of they way they sound instead of which one will add the most power or work best in your set up.

Buy VT st 2 cams...they will sound good, give you power and be the easiest to install. Like said above you'll need new springs with stage 2's. Now VT st1's will sound good also and add 30rwhp without the need for new springs.
Since when does vt make cams for 4Vs? Last I looked they sold Comp and Crower for the 4V, but they didn't seem to make their own like they do for 2V. Can you post the link?

I looking to get cams also. I would be better suited to stage 1 VT's since I going DD 75 shot and bolt ons. How do these sound? I'm a big fan of lope and one of reason I transfered from turbo'ed imports to muscle cars.

Yes if you got a fully built engine with ported everything rev'in to 8,000. Stage one's are perfect for 80 percent of mustang modders. I just never heard them.

Some people like cars that are built for cruising, daily driving, and cars that are STREETABLE. If he wants cams for the lobe and a minor HP gain, more power to him! That's why I want to get VT Stage 1 cams. For the lobe sound and the small HP gain.
