Unless has a full cage, seats, built tranny & rear along with a suspension meant for the track or road course, no.
If it's just a car with a couple mods, or maybe a new transmission or such...it's worth book value & nothing more.

I only buy stock mustangs...cuz of less chance of them being beat to ****. I will pay a premium for a mustang w/ no mods because of it.

i just got a 90 GT with 60 k miles on the body and 2k miles on the motor with only weld in flows for 3800......girlfriend wanted a foxbody god knows why.....at least i got a new track car

I think it depends on the mods and who did the work. If it was a supercharged car off ebay then NO but if it was a customer of a reputable local shop who stood behind the work and owner then yes. I know alot of guys who buy second hand cars from Modular Powerhouse because the owner vouches for the cars and owners...but on a normal basis i would not pay more for mods...
