CAI that come with emission sticker?

Does anyone know that might live in CA which CAI come with the sticker that you have to put on if you switch it out? Is K&N the only one? JLT said they dont.

Im getting tired of having to make sure all the parts i want will pass or i will have to keep switching them in and out when smog test comes around
