traction control problem and guage problems

traction control problem and guage problems
ok, i was sitting at a red lite today and i looked down at my guages and noticed my odometer blinked off for about 3 seconds and then my traction control light went off and wont come on.
i pulled over and killed my car and restarted it several times, and every time the guages wont move for about 20 seconds after the car is running and the tcs lite wont come on. i have a diablo tuner, so i put the stock tune back in and the same thing still happend so i reinstalled the diablo. i did several burnouts to confirm in the tcs is off and it is but the lite isnt on.
if you can help please do this is drivin me crasy!
the car is a 02gt 5spd
