Default Hesitation after work done on car

I have a 98 GT and just finished with a PI Swap (intake/heads (P/P), and Steeda pullies. I have approx 100k on the car. The trans was leaking fluid, so I had the tranny flushed with new gasket etc. Now, when I'm driving my car at, lets say, 45mph, and give it a little gas (mabye 1/4 throttle, mabye), I get this hesitation, however; if I give it full throttle, it's fine, shift's good... It actually shifts better than it did before I did the the tranny flush... Could it be that I just did a PI Swap and have stock injectors/stock fuel rails/no fuel regulator, or is it possible it's the trans? I'm HOPING it's a fuel issue, too much air, not enough fuel, expecially at a lower rpm... Any idea's would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

did you take off your battery cables and put them back on...your ecu will make adjustments to the new parts you put on. you might need a tune too

Your car needs a tune.

It makes me cringe every single time someone does a full PI swap without a tune. Chances are you're running that car extremely lean and that's just......a horrible thing to do.

Using 93 octane now, right?

93 octane??? WHY??? AM I SUPPOSED TO??? hehe, just kidding... Yeah, running 93, and yes, we had the battery cable off while we were working on the car. I also just noticed that if I WOT off the line, it kind of hesitates, can't even bark the tires a little... Tune or Trans? This is pissing me off... Just wanted a few more horsies on this car, now it's a POS.

Well... I finally took my car into the shop... looks like it was a timing issue. The guys at the shop didn't know what PI meant.. They thought the heads were from a "police Inforcer"... Anyhow, I'm supposed to get it back tomorrow, hope it runs right. Chanks for the help guys.
