What suspension mods would those be? I'm a newb when it comes to suspension...

Compensate for the supercharger with the appropriate suspension modifications & tires. 4.10 gears will get you the best performance.
People argue 3.73's are better, but put equal suspension mods on 2 cars with the exact same mods & supercharger. One car has 3.73's & the other has 4.10's... The 4.10 car will be quicker.
