Default Steering Shaft Rubbing

So I installed the longtubes. They sound amazing except for a small leak somewere. Dosent really bother me to much. But what does bother me is that the steering shaft is rubbing on the primary. The dent is a pretty good one already from the factory, so its SUPPOSED to clear it. I was thinking rasing the motor up just a hair and bolting it back down, but I dont think that will work to well. Or maybe offset rack bushing upside down to change the location of the rack, thus moving the steering shaft down a little.? ANy ideas as to what to do?
