I have a 1998 gt mustang 4.6L, as we all know cobra's have the 4 valve and gt's have the 2 valve, if i want to make my gt 4.6L gt motor into a 4.6L 4 VALVE motor what do i have to do, just change the heads right? any help would be greatful this will impact my new performance project thankyou.

I am not going to go into a list of everything you need... Just basicly the only thing you could use from your 2v motor to make a 4v is the short block. and the accessorys, harmonic balancer, and mabye the spark plugs and injectors... You cant use the GT wiring harness or computer either. Just buy a used 4v and swap the parts on yours or swap the motors.

by at least a second to 60 and 1-2 seconds in the quarter.,
