Very imp. q need help plz
ok so heres the story...
i bought a performance chip for my mustang n i sent away my ecu to the company so they can program the chip to my mods and my car. I got it back today n they said to plug it back in and let it run for 10 mins. they said my check engine light might come on for a lil bit becuase the caqr might not reconize the new software at first. i said they since my check engine light was always on due to my exhuast i wouldnt care. he said that this could be a problem becuase my light is on becuase the 02 n since the o2 senor doesnnt work the car may get to much gas n my car not be able to perform as good. he said try it so i did. one of the things the chip was supposed to do was take off my rev limiter. thats the first test i did to the car and as so i hit 6k the gov was still on n thier. i called the guy back n he called the company n he told me that he thinks they might not have programed it right or its becuase my check engine light. i went to a buddy of mine n he thinks my problem will be solved if i put the factory exhaust back on n then put the chip back in. he said since thier arnt ne o2 sensors my car runs too rich so it takes away power if ne thing. he said the only thing i wopuld miss is that deep mustang sound.

1. learn english
2. learn to type english
3. buy a handheld tuner to fix that problem.
in that order and you'll be fine

not to be an ***, but a chip seems pointless right now with your mods. i would have held off until you had a few more, then got a xcal2 or diablo programmer. they are much more worth the $$$. as for the cel, you shouldnt be driving around with it. i know your car may run fine, or seem to, but you are running in limp home mode which means you are running real rich. ovetime that could really frig up your piston rings. if you can return the chip, id do that and get my money back. then get a handheld tuner and ask the tuner to turn off your rear o2s and govenor.
