My girlfriend and some of my friends give me a hard time, that my car is purple. It does look purple at certain angles that are directly in the sun... But it looks sick most of the time. I think the Sonic Blue color is by far the best color for the mustang. I picked my car over a 4v just because of the color... I think i overpayed because of the color.. but for every bad remark i get, i get 2 compliments on the color.... I bought the car with 27K miles..04... paid 18k... the dealer would not move the price at all because he knew that it was such a rare color.
It is a bitch with scratches though....as bad as a black car i swear.

I can agree, that in some angles, daylight and evenings, the car can have a purpelish tint to it,, but i actually like it..
the fact that i have an atlantic blue GT means sonic blue has to be my second favorite color, but many times its a VERY close second... more so in the day time than the evenings..
i think a slightly darker car *such as the Medeium Atlantic Blue* looks better under lights at night, while Sonic Blue might look better in direct sunlight
either way, i think Blue is awesome on a Mustang...

i bought the car this year stickyshifty... as i didnt want to pay the outrageous price of a new 06... while i still like the 99-04 model better.. so i was in a rough spot... and the lack of finding the one i wanted made me pay more....
moral of the story... keep looking and by from private seller.... i would have saved a lot.

Well you're about to get another compliment because that front bumper, and black rims looks damn good with that color. I was going to compliment you in another post but I didn't wanna get off topic![sm=smiley20.gif]
