Go with longtubes. I have no clearance issues. The only drawback is the install...

Well mabye I have bad luck or something... But here I will put the clearance into perspective... I used a 12 oz. coke can and a AA battery. See how low my exhaust is, and see how high my side skirt is... I cant even go into car washes because the tracks that they set the left side wheels in.. That track has ripped my muffler off because its so low... Its sucks.. They give me nothing but trouble.

has anyone ran over a dead possum with a lowered stang? I did, and it wasn't fun. LOL

My buddy was driving in front of me in his 72 AMC hornet... very good ground clearance. From under his car I see this thing and I'm in such a situation I can't dodge it... 2 lane road and a guy riding my a$$... The whole car jolted lol...

on a lowered stang you will have problems with speed bumps and steep inclines.

get bassani midlengths and modular (you it comes with cats and races pipes so you can switch em in and out whenever without changing the whole pipe) x pipe and be done with it. headers make good power and dont hang low at all.

im getting the headers installed aug 24 and love the sound of the x pipe. bassani is high quality, can never go wrong with them

SLP catted X (can be used with long or short tube headers) or you can go with a shorty version if you get LT's , which i also reccomend
