Default quick clutch question

i just had my whole clutch replaced about 7 months ago. The reason i had it replaced the first time was because the throw out bearing went 2 hell so i figured just have the whole thing replaced since it was stock anyway 1996 mustang gt. so i did and about 2 months ago it started squeaking a lil bit kinda like a belt sound and then the other day it makes a crazy *** sound when im in first and a lil in second but then goes away and the squeaking got alot louder. so what should i do about my situation!!!!!!? any advice?

Default RE: quick clutch question

Gebuz friggin christ!

I don't feel so bad anymore..this is like the 6 thread from different people on the same damn problem. I've had two replaced in the last 8 months and I was really bummed thinkin the dealer sucked... Now I don't feel so bad.

There's nothing you can do for it but replace it again. Did you pay to have it replaced?

If so, you're in luck, take it back and have them replace it under warranty...(depending on the warranty) Yes I know it's a 96 but when service centers put parts on they usually give you some type of warranty on the repair 30 days 3000 miles, 60 6000 90 90000 or 1 year 12000....

(and people wonder why I didn't do my own clutch )
