Default 70MM TB or 75MM TB?

For a nearly stock '03 GT, what would be a suitable size for a aftermarket throttle body? The mods I've done are the following

SLP LM1 Catback
Silencer Delete
K&N Air Filter

What brand TB would you guys recommend? I was checking out the Ford Racing one for $190
