Ok im already getting tired of the fake hood scoop and the fake door vents. I know u can get a new hood, but i was wondering if u could just cut through the hood?? If any1 has done this then pics would be great. Thanks

You can, but why would you want to do that?

if you cut through the hood then water will get into your engine bay.

i cut mine out look at my gallary.... if i didnt live in cali i would not have done it cause the water issue but a billit grille is gonna look nice there

i did it. dont do it. not worth it. water will get on your spark plugs. ill trade you hoods if the color is the same color

I wouldn't mess with the hood just get a new one...some guys who auto X drill out the side vents and run a duct to direct air to the rear brakes. Fake scoops is just something you have to get used to with a stang.

if you really hate that fake hood scoop you'll need to get a ram air kit.

Terminator heat vented hoods are pretty sick IMO.

There have been reports of "opened up" hood scoops flying off at highway speed -- they're only held on with deathgrip tape.
