What lowering springs do I need?
My car needs lowering springs badly. I want to eventually do a coilover setup, but for now I need a fix....... I dont want anything that will hurt 60ft times or handling or anything that hurts the other suspension parts. I would like for it to be really low, but I dont wanna spend the extra $$$ right now for tie rod ends, struts/shocks, bumpsteer and all that....

RE: What lowering springs do I need?
I have sportlines on my 00GT I have had them on for about 2 yrs and just recently got CC plates when I got new shocks. I never had and uneven tire wear. But yeah Sportlines will probably get you the lowest. Still have a decent ride to not to bumpy.

I love the way H&R SS springs look, but will I need to buy a bumpsteer kit to use those? I will take it to be aligned after I put the springs in, so will they be able to align the car with stock CC plates?

i've got the H&R SS springs with no need for a bumpsteer kit. you'll need to get cc plates for them align it correctly though and i would strongly suggest shock and struts. best drop in my opinion.
