Default lower the rear only???

if i bought a pair of eibach sportlines would i be able to just put the springs in the back so that just the back it lowered and the front is stock? also would this help with the longtubes clearance or would that just waste my time?

i have lowering springs front and back, and i was considering putting the stockers back in the rear to give it a nice agressive stance

Yes you can just change out the rear springs. I don't think you'll get the look you are trying for though. After the rear springs settle, you'll probably wind up with a high nose. I don't know about your long tubes, but think about it. Any drop of any kind isn't going to improve clearance.

some like to have the rear a little lower for better weight distrobution at the track... i personally like the old muscle car look with the front lower and the back higher with fatties
