A/C is coming out of the defroster.
I just did a head swap and im thinking that maybe its a vacum line that isnt in the right spot to close the flapper or what ever the hell it is...It comes out cold as hell, but just not out of the vents lol...needless to say it worked before i diid that swap. Any ideas?

i had the same problem in my 95 mustang...its a vacum line that is loose or torn. i just replaced mine in about 5 seconds =)
