A chip usually advances your timing. Thats bad when you're using nitrous. The speedometer has nothing to do with a chip. He needs the little plastic gear since he changed to the 4.10's.
spraying a car without knowing what your a/f and timing is set at.?.?.?.?.? thats dangerous if you ask me. with a dynotuned chip, he could run that 150 shot safely. knowing that he isn't running to rich. not that running rich is very bad, but it will hurt the performance of the car.

there are a few dynotuned chips out there. Diablo, SCT, JMS.... i personally use the Diablo Chipmaster Revolution and haven't had any complaints. its really whats all in your budget and in your area... this is all IMHO

if you are going to spend the money, ask about the chipmaster revolution software. if you plan on modding later on down the road, its worth the money. it also depends on how well the tuner knows the software... any Q's, pm me...

Yeah, the cars before 99 (and maybe 99 to?) had a different tail housing as I found out QUITE unplesently. The newer cars are the only ones that use the computer to adjust the speedo.

I know there is no way you can run that big of a shot on stock injectors. Even with bigger ones still can't see running a stock bottom end with a 150 shot. I agree with what your saying about the supercharger comparasion, but I dont think you can do that apples to oranges etc. I know that most people say if you run at 10 PSI on a blower, your asking for trouble with a stock bottom end, aka be prepared with the cash for a rebuild.

I was planning on getting a zex kit that can handle 50 to 150, and setting it at 75 just to be safe.

I could of course be completly wrong, as I have never personally used N20.
