I believe it! Alot of young kids are buying used Mustangs and don't know much. They also have grown up in an era where Rice is everywhere and very popular so they just don't know any better. I bet some of his import friends told him to get Vtec emblems because everyone has them just to mess with him and he did.

Next time you see him its your duty to help him

is putting a cobra bumper on a gt rice? My FR500s came with cobra center caps, am i a ricer too?
