I saw on Ebay they had intake spacers for like $25 shipped. They only give a few hp but are really cheap. The product makes sense, and Steeda makes them too, so you would think it does something. I figure I can get this and let everyone know what happens. If it doesn't work then it doesnt matter, since its so cheap. What do you guys think?

There is no way you'll notice a difference in the seat of the pants, but you may see 1-3rwhp.

Intake spacers were good when we didn't have any aftermarket upper plenums. We used them with ported stock upper plenums and they did add 2-3 hp with the p&p plenum. The aftermarket plenums have added height built in so the spacers aren't needed.

Thats what I expect. It says .5" gives 4-6 HP and 1" gives 6-10 HP. They say even 20-30 HP on built engines. I think all that is CRAP!!! I don't see either giving me more than 3 HP or so.

Thats why I want to get it, to test it for others.

This isn't new at all and has been tested many times. You will be lucky to get 1hp from those ebay units if any at all. If you must waste your money on one atleast get the Steeda spacer since it is quality made and has a built in gasket.

The steeda one is like $80. They say from 1-3 HP.

look around for a used one...i sold mine last yeasr for like $20..
