Default Mud on my fan?

Not sure how it happened i must have hit a big mud puddle or something. anyway one day i felt some wierd vibrations in my steering wheel while stationary, so i thought it might have been something with my tune. so i took it off and while the predator is programming the cooling fan runs. i noticed that it felt exactly the same, so i looked at my fan and there was mud on some of the blades, causing it to vibrate a little bit, my question is can i just spray it off? is it gonna hurt my fan?

Water won`t hurt it. It will be fine if you spray it off.

That's a lot of mud to feel the vibration. I would spray the fan but hold the blade with your hand. Let the mud soak so it comes off easier.
