Default To those with 4.10's

I have a pretty much stock 99 mustang GT Automatic Convertible with a BBK CAI and Flowmaster Cat back. I want to get 4.10's but was wondering if someone has 4.10's on an Automatic or know how they do on regular tires such as mine are 245/45/17. Since I dont have a lot of mods will it launch ok without having to buy more expensive tires. how bad will it sit there and burnout by just stomping the gas?

I'm in the same boat. I don't think it will be too hard to launch, but I'm not completely sure. Answers would be great.

I put 3.73 on my 97 auto and I lit up the tires pretty good in first. So I bought suspension and it made a huge difference with traction.

I've got 4.10's and i'm running all-season kumho ASX's and at the track i'm pulling 2.0 60'ft times. On the street there are some traction issues through 1st but its not that bad. If you go with suspension work i'd get upper and lower control arms for sure. That would def help.
