BFG's , 4.10'sw/ tune, a 100 shot with stage 1 or 2 cams will have you well into the 12's IMO
even without the cams you should be touching them if you can hook well

100 shot, drag radials, and 4.10's you could hit high mid 12's... the driver mod would be very important.

it wont be easy with all the mods i have i go 11.9 if that gives you any help. also you will need some tranny work on top of what they said if its an auto

hmm i ve always wanted a procharger with an intercooler..maybe ill have to save up and get one. whats themax amount of boost you guys suggest on a stock block? around 10 psi?
