Personally, I wouldn't do it just cause I am short on cash. If you've got money to toss around then you could always try it:-/ I'm tempted to say that it looks like a waste of 40 bucks

Dude none of that stuff works. The only stuff you really need in life is BG fuel system cleaner. It cleans it all out. STP doesnt really work and all those brands like it. Octaine boosters claim to work too by using kerosine but kerosine doesnt have octaine it has cetain (can only be burned by deisels) so really if you want octaine booster. Just go by race fuel and mix it in. Either that or go get Xylene and mix it half and half with premium fuel. That stuff works good. A good way to clean everything out is to take off your IAC hose and rev up the throttle a little bit and spray some carb cleaner in there. It cleans out the IAC, TB, Upper intake, and the injectors. You'd be surpised at what mechanics actually use and dont use. Most of the stuff out there is just media selling to the fast & furious crowd. . .

I used to run that in my wife's Lebarron. The car was a POS and every couple month it would run really crappy. Bad idle, hesitation, and sometimes would stall at stop signs I would put it in and it would run ALOT better for about 3 month and run like crap again. So I say it works but I would try sea-foam first it probably will clean better.

The thing is, most of the "Fuel system cleaners," are the same thing. They are usually synthetic, or are made from a pure Petro Stock IIRC...

They all pretty much do the same thing.. I don't think there's be a definitive "better" one out there. If you want to spend the money, do like some of these guys said, and Seafoam it... You can get every aspect of the engine, not just the fuel system..
