One of my favorite non-performance mods on my car are my signal mirrors. Nobody has them, they're super easy to install, look near stock when youre not signaling, and get a lot of attention from mustang guys. My 2 cents.
Are they ones with arrows on the mirror? Or on the outside like bmw's....pics

I love louvers, Idk how they'd look on mine though. I don't think the 99-04 models look amazing with them but I love the way the 2005+ do. I'm not committing myself to anything right now but where are some places I can get racing stripes fromand how much $? I was thinking either silver or white for that.

But right now I think I'm doing SS inserts and tint (what do you guys recommend % wise since I can't do my front two at all?) Then I'll get a chin spoiler in a little bit. That should take my money for a while and whenever I get more I'll look into grill delete and other stuff.

Its the kind thats on the mirror. I think they have them for all mustangs 94-04. Sorry about the crappy cell phone pics but you get the idea.

What kind of work is required to move the spoiler back 2"?
Its easy. I did it on mine. It looks kinda like a mini roush spoiler and dont listen to the dude that said change it to a newer spoiler. I think thses ones look better on this car. Anyways you just need to unscrew the spoiler from the underside and drill new holes. The spoiler has enough overlap to just barely cover the old holes. Line up the rear base of the spoiler with the end of your deck lid. Heres where i found out how to do mine: http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/wingmod1.htm That will tell you everything you need. . .

i also have a 2000 gt. i would do the chin spoiler, grill delete, tint, hood scoops, and the newer gt side scoops. as far as racing stripes im getting black 9 inch stripes with rear window louvers. i think silver 9 inch stripes with your ss inserts would look very nice.

Appearance mods should be:

Lowering springs

grill delete

chin spoiler

Tint

Catback (it's mostly for sound not performance)

Maybe some new wheels too.
