Polyurethane Control Arm Bushing Install

Polyurethane Control Arm Bushing Install
Just bought a set of Energy Suspension polyurethane front control arm bushings for my '02.
I just wanted to know how difficult an install this will be?
I am lowering the car at the same time so I will already have it in the air and wheels off.
Also, any good lowering tips or tools that may come in handy?
Thanks,
Vince

RE: Polyurethane Control Arm Bushing Install
Do you have a press, or a vice?? Last time I did a set of Poly Bushings, I hated life because I didn't have a press or a vice to press them into the Control Arm..
That may be something you'll want to have around. A BFH, some flat head screwdrivers, a torch (seriously), and some vice grips (Big ones preferred) will work too, but it'll take you twice as long if not longer..
The old ones should come right out, for the most part.. It's getting the new ones in, that sucks..
Don't forget to throw some anti-seize on the bolts in the control arms, unless ES tells you not to... Oh, and if you can, take the arms off of the car, since it's easier to manipulate that way..
