you cant use the 99,01 cobra intake unless you have the 99-04 4v heads. If you dont then you cant. if you have the 93-98 4v heads you need to use the 96-98 cobra intake.

well use the 96-98 cobra intake unless you feel like getting 99-04 cobra heads just to use the 99, 01 cobra intake manifold.
Where did you get a cobra motor from? ANd for $400 thats real cheap! Do you have any pics?

I dont really who which intake flows better but the 99 heads are a little better. But I would keep the heads and intake you have, it wouldnt be worth it to get the 99 heads and intake to see a few horsepower gain. Unless your going to get ported heads and a FR500 or ported cobra intake manifold its not worth swapping. Stick with the 96-98 cobra setup.
