Does any have or know the cheapest place to get some? Also my cams are crane "pi re-grinds" w/ a .550 lift. I got them with heads on ebay so I do not know much about them. The springs are stock and I would like to buy the correct ones for them. Thanks.

I got Comp valve springs from summit, there usually pretty cheap. And if you find a cheaper sprice they match it. Also if your not going to take your heads off when you are going to replace them. You are going to need this tool. http://www.shop.com/op/aprod-p404775...er?sourceid=13
Its used to compress the spring. Also your going to need an adapter for an air hose to screw into your park plug whole to compress it and keep the valve closed when your chaging the spring. The valve spring change is the most pain in the *** part of a cam swap. You are going to have to unbolt your motor on one side and jack it up to allow you to use the tool to compress the springs near the firewall.

I am having my friend port the heads right now. He called me and sugggested to me to get the springs. I am good on tools and etc. but thanks for the advice. He said summit also. Do you know exactly what spring you got? I looked and there are a bunch. I couldn't find any w/ .550?

I looked on Summit I couldnt find it on the website, check the brochure. But here are the springs. I think there the only springs comp cams makes for 4.6 SOHC motors. These are them http://www.mustangtuning.com/cocasps.html
