Is the plenum and throttle body worth the money? Does It help that much?

its good if you have good heads ( 99+) not so effective on the 96-98 GTs and it does GREAT things to a super charged car. you might see 10rwhp from full intake on a stock 99 GT

Yea, it's worth it. Every little bit counts.

+1 on that^^^
You figure 10rwhp for the t/b and plenum, 5rwhp for CAI, 5rwhp for catback exhaust, 5rwhp for midpipe, 15rwhp for LT headers, 8rwhp for UD pullies. Thats 48rwhp added onto the stock 230rwhp for a 99-04 GT, and then the 48rwhp, so now you have a 278rwhp Stang. Alot of people think 5rwhp or so isnt nothing and aint worth it, but when you add it all up, it really helps.

I doubt you get that much power from any of those except for the midpipe and LT's...
and if that were the case, there would be a lot more stangs running around with 300+ hp n/a...

no, not really. it gives much better throttle response, but that's about it. don't expect very many gains out of it. i've got all boltons other than cams & LTs with a vortech running 10psi. i picked up a whopping 7RWHP 10RWTQ. when i had the accufab (6) on there, i actually picked up a couple ponies less (so much for accufab's best gains guarentee). i stayed with the accufab for looks though.
