exhaust install

RE: exhaust install
Place your rear stands under the frame and let the axle droop...it'll give you more room to maneuver the pipes around. A little lube on the hangers will make your life a lot easier as well. They were the only hard part on my exhaust.

My borla catback just came to my door today. I'm really really excited. I'm just waiting for my BBK O/R X pipe to come in aswell and then I'll be ready to install it with friends. To those of you who know and have done it before, how hard is it to install a catback and midpipe? Will I be able to do it ok by just ramping up the front and putting jacks in the back? I want to be really careful about this, dont want anyone to get hurt. If it's a real pain in the *** then I'll just have a local car modification place do it for me.

RE: exhaust install
I tell ya, I just installed my bbk xpipe. It was time consuming. The manifol bolts were hard to get off. so were the O2 sensors. But I used PB and it worked just fine. The only problem I had was the driver side front O2 sensor not reaching to the drilled hole in the x pipe. but i fixed that but taking the connector off its mount and stretching it.
