When I first bought my stang we were cruising by the cemetary with the top down and the music blazing and I turned the radio down and my wife asked why. And I said because when I am resting in peace I don't want some young punk going by the cemetary with his music blasted. And I respect people at the cemetary visiting. Then my wipers came on and then right back off.

Weird huh?

now my wipers still do this once in a while, at least once a month. sometimes they will swing once and other times they will stay on for a little bit and I try turning them on and then back off but it doesnt help. I don't think it is the dead people saying thanks, but does anyone know why this is happening. What could it be?

A poor soul you passed by was grateful that you turned your music down and embedded itself in the wiring of your car and the wipers come on to brush away the devil when he attacks you.

Anyway...I don't know what to tell you, probably a problem with the switch? If it bothers you you could replace that.

thanks for your thoughts guys. It doesn't bother me too much just wanted to see if I was the only one with this problem, obviously I am lol. At least it don't come on too much

I'm 100% sure that it's dead people telling you to turn the music back UP.

I mean, they're dead. Some music would at least lighten things up a bit.

I had the opposite problem with my wipers...they'd stop in the middle of a stroke. Wound up being a bad ground.
