Default UDP's yay or nay

Can someone explain to me the benefits of UDP's and whether or not I should get one? My car is relatively stock, but im trying to figure out what I should start with performance wise...suggestions??

UDP's slow how fast your accessories will spin, thus reducing parasitic loss to the engine and therefore increasing horsepower. If you get a complete kit you shouldnt have any problems.

It makes the water pump pulley and alternator pulley bigger, and the crank pulley smaller. This makes for a somewhat smaller accesory load, therefore making the engine spin a little more effeciently.
