the weight of the car will just force the shocks to be tighter in?

this is a iffy subject. some will tell you that your shocks will fail prematuraly because of them being compressed all the time which i can understand and some will say they are fine. i say just put the springs on without them until they need to be replaced.

well it WITL wear your shocks down faster......but not enough to replace them

yea youre fine...just replace them later. for right now...get rid of the mustang stock 4x4 look lol. my car has about 41,000 miles on it...its been lowered for probably somewhere between 5,000 and 10,000 miles. my suspension it totally stock except for the springs.
