What are his plans/goals? If he is just going to put on the blower and be done with it this is a good buy. If he plans on doing more work to the car and wants to make 400+ whp I would keep looking.
BTW, what do you do to a SRT-4 to make 396 to the tire?

basically its a .50 trim turbo with all the supporting mods i.e. fuel intake injectors etc....
