Track Night
heading to the track tonight and i hope i can do better than last time. this is the second time i have gone and i hope for 14.5 i don't know if it will happen though. i will post times later tonight

granted, it stinks when you dont improve..
what kind of 60's were you running, and how did they compare to the time before that..
