That isn't one... just happens to be the manufacturer of the wheel's centercap... I was going to transfer my pony centercaps over to my new saleen wheels but they are different sizes [:@]

Also, looks like a pretty sloppy job sealing the tire, but eh, whatever gets the job done

They look nice otherwise.
