i think the most bang for your buck is traction and wieght shaving. (because when it comes down to it isnt it weight to power ratio ALSO KEEPING TRACTION IN MIND) but i would be faster with a stock motor weighing 400lbs lighter than u with a k&n cold air intake and exaust. Think about it newtons 2nd law.

True, very true. But you can only cut down so much weight from a car.

But you can always up the power/torque more.
