Default Exhaust with no mufflers?

I was wondering if anyone here ran there exhaust without any mufflers. My friend eric has a bassani x-pipe,(i think) with no mufflers, and bassani tips. It Sounds amazaaing. ANyone else ever done this. I was thinking about, cuz i have a prochamber, and i want it louder.
but as always i have no money.....

My last 99 Gt had Cats and no Exhaust. It sounds badass and it was different from all the other mustangs. Go for it.

i'm seriously conseidering it.....this weekend i think we will unbolt the back of the prochamber, and if sounds good, i'll go get tips ran out the back.

Nightmare...did you have a midpipe???

I removed the mufflers and left the cats on an 02 GT and it sounded great for about 30-days and then it started rasping badly above 3500 RPM. When the car was cold it sounded crappy whenever I stepped on the gas. I'd suggest the Magnapacks as they're a much deeper and cleaner sound.

It only cost me $150 to have them cut out and pipes bent and welded in so if you're not concerned about cash, give it a try and see what you think. That way you wont be left wondering

Also, Iw as told that no mufflers could cause damage to my enginet due tot he lack of back pressure over a long period of time.
