Default so 99+ stangs have to pay for grille deletes?

i was screwing around looking for a place to put my oil cooler, and yanked out my honey comb grille with little effort. so now it looks exactly like the grille delete kits on the new edge stangs. so are the new edge grilles fused to the frame or what, cause mine was just held in by clips.

I think what you are really paying for is to still have the pony in the grill and get rid of the honeycomb structure.

+1 Thats pretty much true. They are screwed in on the top and on the bottom there are screws that go threw the bumper into nuts. <HAHA. Nothin special.

mine had a honey comb grille, all i did was pull it out. still got the pony and everything. i was just wondering why it isnt like that for the 99+ cause their grilles look identical. but like you said the pony is embedded into the new edge grilles. oh well, for any other sn95 owners, the grille just pops out. all you gotta do it unbolt a couple things that are in the way.
