ehh, it's easy enough to swap back, just keep your original and if anyone says anything about it, you can always swap back. I don't THINK it should be an issue. It's a relatively minor change.

There isn't a cold air kit that will make your car illegal unless your engine light comes on for any apparent reasons!!

well, on my 5.0 i have a standard CAI thats not in the fenderwell and i failed inspection because the aftermarket part didnt have a carb E.O number which certifies it for use in california,
however i thought as long as its covered its legal, but i wanted to check, and cali is gay when it comes to the aftermarket laws, i got pulled over because the officer said my stock gt looked a little to low, wtf
