Default Recommended Cams?

I just finished my PI head swap on my 96 Mustang GT to the Patriot Performance stage II heads. I was wondering if anyone recommended certain Cams i should use without worrying about upgrading my injectors/ MAF? Right now i am thinking about Comp CAM # 102500 with my 3:55 gears. What do you think? Keep in mind i may be throwing on a blower in another year or so.

You should be able to run the Comp 270AH also. The range on those is 1800 to 5800. They will have a noticeable idle. You'll need a tune and gears (which you have) to run the 270s.

Yeah i think i am gonna go with the 262's. Do you know if the stock cam gears bolt on to the new ones by any chance?

that depends on whether your factory ones are press-on or bolt-on, if they are bolt-on they will bolt up to your factory ones just fine, if not you will have to buy them.

Do not buy cams for a 96-98 GT.... MAKE SURE YOUR BUYING CAMS FOR THE 99-04 GT. They might be differant.
