Default Teksid or romeo

Which block should I go with for a sleeper 04? I have all of the forged stuff to put in it. I just wanted to know if the fitment and bolt patterns was the same.

id just go with a romeo man.. i think the tedsik block is stronger... but they are expensive and hard as hell to find...
